* Foundation: RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) framed structure designed to withstand seismic loads.
* Interior Walls: Finished with Wall Putty over a plastered surface (ready for painting).
* Exterior Walls: Coated with a primer followed by high-quality waterproof acrylic paint to withstand tropical weather.
Flooring & Finishes
* Living/Dining/Bedrooms: Premium Vitrified Tiles for a polished look and high durability.
* Kitchen: Anti-skid Ceramic Tiles for safety.
* Toilets & Balconies: Anti-skid Ceramic Tiles to prevent slipping in wet areas.
